Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Shopping from the UK? Our UK store at seamsbeauty.co.uk delivers across the UK.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

United States

• Standard delivery: $8 — estimated 5–8 business days
• Express delivery: $15 — estimated 2–4 business days
• FREE standard shipping on orders of $110 or more
• The 3 x Hand Cream 75ml pack always ships free
• Subscription orders: free standard shipping when each delivery has 3 hand creams

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays, loss and damage

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us at sales@seamsbeauty.com and we will investigate with the carrier. For damaged parcels, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the items free of charge.
