2. Products

We sell hand and nail care products. Product images are for illustration; minor packaging variations may occur. Ingredients are listed on each product page — always check before use if you have allergies. Products are for external use only.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we email your dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud) with a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP for UK customers and USD for US customers. Payment is taken at checkout via the methods displayed. All payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers; we never store your card details.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the frequency you choose, at 10% off the standard price with free standard shipping. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account before the next billing date.

7. Discount codes and offers

One discount code per order unless stated otherwise. Offers may be withdrawn at any time and have no cash value.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
